Vana furniture presents a long term warranty to their customers, all types of furniture shall be free of defect in material, and/or workmanship attributable to manufacture for 3 years from the date of purchase. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is delivered or from exposure to extreme weather conditions is not covered by Vana furniture warranty.

All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale). Contact the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased to request warranty service under this warranty. If the original dealer is not accessible, contact VANA for assistance. VANA will not be responsible for transportation or packing charges without prior approval. Repair, replacement or substitution, as determined by VANA, will be made as soon as practical.
